Before You Book Assembly
Taking a few minutes to check your space before your delivery date will make the whole process smooth and stress-free.
How Much Floor Space Do You Need?
Our wardrobes are freestanding — not fitted — and most need to be assembled flat on the floor before being lifted upright into position. This means you need more floor space than just the wardrobe's final footprint.
The rule is simple: add 20–30cm to both the width and height of your wardrobe to give the assembly team enough room to work around it.
Example: A wardrobe that is 250cm wide and 215cm high needs approximately 270–280cm of floor width and 235–245cm of floor depth to be assembled safely before standing upright.
Ceiling Height
Most wardrobes need to be assembled flat on the floor first, so you will need 10–20cm of clearance between the top of the wardrobe and your ceiling to allow it to be tilted upright.
Some ranges can be built upright from the base without needing this clearance — including the Modern Sliding 2 door and 3 door as well as some hinged door ranges. If ceiling height is tight please contact us before ordering.
Side Clearance
Allow at least 2cm of extra space on each side of where the wardrobe will sit. For example if your wardrobe is 200cm wide you need at least 204cm of clear wall space.

What to Expect
Your wardrobe will arrive flat-packed. Our delivery team will bring it to your door but will not carry it upstairs. Please ensure clear access to the delivery address on the day.
Damaged Delivery?
Please inspect your delivery before signing. If any items are damaged please note this on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

We do deliver on Saturdays although this is not always guaranteed. To request a Saturday delivery simply reply to your order confirmation email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our standard delivery is to the ground floor and is usually fulfilled by one person. If your building has a working lift that can accommodate boxes up to 220cm in length we can deliver above the ground floor. A carrying service to the first floor is available for an additional £20.
If you live above the first floor without a suitable lift you will need to arrange someone to help our driver carry the boxes to your floor.
For safety reasons our driver or assembly team may refuse delivery or installation if:
Access is unsafe or too difficult
The distance from parking to the room is excessive
Stairs, corridors or doorways are too narrow
The ground is uneven or unsuitable
The site has not been prepared or cleared
The product does not fit in the available lift
If delivery or installation cannot proceed due to any of the above, additional charges may apply for a return visit.

For larger wardrobes we recommend having a second person to help. To give you the best quality and value, our wardrobes are made from high quality laminated boards — in most cases 16mm thick — giving you a solid and durable frame. All wardrobes are manufactured to the highest standards to ensure long lasting performance in your home.
Unfortunately we are unable to remove old furniture. We ask that you clear the assembly area before our team arrives so they have enough space to work safely and efficiently.
It arrived in three boxes. It took quite some time to sort through and assemble. Six hours, but I did it by myself. The instructions were clear. The only thing that went wrong in assembly was that I was sent four of the same side for the sides of the drawers. So I had to put them in upside down in each drawer. So each drawer had white on one side facing up and the other chipboard. One star off for that, but thankfully it’s not a huge deal as it’s only seen when a drawer is pulled.
Bought this for my 10 year old son. He loves it. Much better than the alternative from the likes of Ikea. Good instructions and took no time to assemble with the wife and my trusted cordless screwdriver/drill. Everything went together with ease and the quality is superb. A sturdy wardrobe which I am sure will bring years of trouble free use.
Good quality product, but quite time consuming to build. The only disappointment, which the manufacturer could and should easily remedy is the quality Back Panel Strip that was supplied. The strip is too floppy and the slots are of inadequate depth, which renders it not fit for Purpose. Tape was required to hold it in place. A rigid , deeper slotted strip would solve the problem. Once assembled ,the wardrobe looks very pleasing and I would recommend it to any future buyers.
