At WardrobeHouse.co.uk we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the terms outlined below.


1. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

All purchases made through WardrobeHouse.co.uk are covered by our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you change your mind.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your:

  • Order number

  • Name used for the order

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item to the designated return depot.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee:

The item must:

  • Be unused and unassembled

  • Be in perfect resaleable condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include all parts, fittings and manuals

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • The item has been assembled

  • The item has been fitted or modified

  • Packaging has been heavily damaged or discarded

  • Parts are missing due to customer handling


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift vouchers or certificates

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Mattresses, duvets, bedding or hygiene products once opened

These restrictions exist for hygiene and resale reasons.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning unwanted items.

You may either:

Option 1 – Return Yourself
Send the item to our designated return depot.

Option 2 – Request Collection
We can arrange a collection service for you. The collection cost depends on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Delivery postcode

  • Courier availability

A collection quote will be provided before booking.


5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds:

  • Are issued using the same payment method used for purchase

  • Are processed within 2–5 working days after inspection

  • May take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may decline the refund or deduct reasonable costs.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure that all items are properly packaged for safe delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

In most cases we will:

  • Send replacement parts, or

  • Arrange a full product replacement

Replacement parts may take 14–21 working days depending on supplier availability.


7. Important Delivery Checks

To ensure claims can be processed smoothly, please follow these steps when receiving your delivery.

If the package is slightly damaged

You must write “DAMAGED” on the courier delivery note before signing.

If the package is heavily damaged

You may refuse the delivery.

Once the courier returns the damaged item to us, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped.


8. Damage Claims After Delivery

If you have accepted the delivery and later discover:

  • damaged panels

  • missing fittings

  • incorrect parts

Please notify us immediately.

Important:
If the delivery was signed for without noting damage, we only have 48 hours to lodge a courier damage claim. Claims reported after this period may not qualify for free replacement parts.


9. If Replacement Parts Are Not Accepted

If you do not wish to receive replacement parts, the item may still be returned under the standard returns policy, provided it meets the return eligibility requirements.


10. When We Cannot Resolve the Issue

If we cannot resolve the problem through:

  • replacement parts, or

  • a full replacement item

we will arrange free collection of the item and issue a full refund.


11. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the law.
