Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery times may range between 10 –28 working days depending on product availability, supplier processing and courier scheduling.


Large Item Deliveries

Large furniture items such as wardrobes may require pre-booked delivery appointments arranged by our courier partners.

Standard delivery is typically ground floor delivery only. Couriers are not required to deliver items upstairs unless this service has been arranged in advance.

Customers must ensure that:

• Adequate access is available for delivery
• Parking or unloading space is available
• Someone is present to receive the delivery

Failed delivery attempts may incur redelivery charges.


4. Customer Responsibilities on Delivery

Customers are responsible for:

• Reporting visible damage immediately
• Rejecting delivery if significant damage is visible

If damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.


5. Returns and Refunds

Returned items must:
